When a devastating earthquake struck Japan's Noto Peninsula and Hokuriku region—home to centuries-old traditional crafts like lacquerware and Kutani porcelain—our subsidiary Japan Imports Now took action. We donated a portion of our sales and sponsored a charity soccer event featuring former Japanese national team players, helping raise funds and bring the community together. We continue to support the artisans and residents of Noto as they rebuild and preserve their cultural heritage.
